Refund & Fulfillment Policy

ZoneCoach® Consulting Services LLC will refund products based on the below criteria and time limits:

Refund Policy

Physical Products: Product must be returned within 7 days and be unused/new. Refunds made within this time will equal the purchase price minus the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. No refunds after 7 days or if the product is used/opened.

Live Events: Refunds are only allowed if received 72 hours before registration for the course closes. Refunds made within this time will equal purchase price minus 15% processing fee. No refunds available after the timeframe shown above.

Digital Products/Online Courses: Due to the nature of these products, they are non-refundable.

Fulfillment Policy

Physical Products: All orders for physical products will be fulfilled within 2 business days of receiving the order. Once fulfilled, the customer will receive a tracking number to be able to track the order through the delivery company and service they selected during checkout.

Digital Products: Digital products will be delivered instantly upon successful purchase transaction.
